Kauai is Hawaii’s oldest inhabited island, and over eight million years its volcanic soil has mothered the most interesting biodiversity of flora and fauna in the South Pacific. It’s ecology and environment in reminiscent of the Konkan in India, the homeland of Ayurveda.

Within its compact perimeter (33 miles wide by 25 miles long) lie deep canyons, towering cliff faces, pounding waterfalls and dramatic mountain ranges. It's diverse geography and climate command a sense of awe and reverence for the power of natural forces, the core concept of Hawaiian and Indian spirituality. A pure tropical paradise with ancient healing wisdom soaked in to the land.

Trihealth Ayurveda is a traditional Kerala Ayurveda Treatment located on Kauai’s beautiful north shore in Kilauea. Kauai’s spectacular natural setting is reminiscent of the Western Ghats in Kerala, South India, the home of Ayurveda. We are nestled in a lush paradise, 20 miles north of the airport.
